      Unfortunately, the device is not very useful as a humidifier. The problem is that it can only humidify the air at maximum power, but at maximum power the device is too loud to run in the background. If you leave the device running at a normal volume level overnight, it will not be able to increase or maintain humidity. As an air purifier, it has no problems, only the airflow direction broke about two weeks after purchase and the quality of customer service is poor, responses take about a week and the responders do not delve into your situation, but send standard answers. I sent them a video of the device and a description of the problem, the video showed that I use the remote control to control the device and when I press the airflow buttons, there is a mechanical squeak and the airflow vents do not move. Customer service wrote a response about how to use the remote control and suggested that the remote control should be replaced as a solution, although the device's airflow cannot be controlled with the app and everything points to another problem. The device does not fulfill its purpose.

      Kahjuks ei ole seade eriti kasulik õhuniisutajana. Probleem on selles, et see suudab õhku niisutada vaid maksimaalsel võimsusel, aga maksimaalsel võimsusel on seade liiga vali, et taustal töötada.
