Customer Loyalty Program


Euronics loyalty program may be joined by individuals of over 18 years of age, and by legal entities (corporations, NGOs, etc.).

The easiest and most secure way to become a member of this program is to use your personal ID code, which ensures security and individuality of your account. To log in to the website securely, and to make registration of your purchases easy, we advise you to register your personal ID code on the “My Euronics” webpage.

Should any of your personal information change, please update your data either by logging in to the “My Euronics” page, in any Euronics store, or by calling the Euronics Call Centre at 651 2222.

30 days right of exchange

If the product is not suitable for you, replace it within 30 days!


Become a loyal customer because only loyal customers can exchange products for another product within 30 days!

The exchange period is 30 days from the moment of purchase. For example, if the purchase was made on January 2 2020, the exchange can be made until February 1, 2020 (including).

Terms and conditions

  • The right to exchange applies to both private and legal persons who have registered as loyal customers of Euronics.
  • The right of exchange applies once per transaction. The changed product cannot be changed a second time.
  • In order to obtain an exchange right, it is necessary to present the original of the purchase document.
  • The product to be replaced must be unused, complete and in the original packaging. When changing the product, gifts and other added values accompanying the product are also returned.
  • When choosing a cheaper product, the customer has the right to receive accessories or other products from the Euronics shop to the extent of the price difference. When choosing a more expensive product, the difference in price must be paid by the customer.


The following are not subject to exchange:

  • Products with mechanical error and other error descriptions. Also, products with traces of use.
  • Products ordered as a custom order.
  • Products purchased from Tammsaare Outlet.
  • Games.

Bonus points are credited to the private customer’s account at the latest on the next business day after the purchase. Bonus points are valid for two years and expire in the order of purchases.

Bonus points are also credited to private customers’ accounts when they pay by bank transfer, provided that they have confirmed their loyal customer status before the invoice is issued. When shopping in the e-shop bonus points are awarded to individuals if they are registered loyal customers of Euronics and have logged in to their account on the website. Bonus points are awarded for hire-purchases as well.

Bonus points accumulated on your account may not be gifted, assigned or otherwise transferred to another person. You can get information about the bonus points on your account by contacting the customer service in any Euronics store, or by logging into the loyal customer environment "My Euronics".

PWhen you become a member of the loyal customer program, you agree that we may use your data for providing information and advertising messages, and for processing your data for purposes and in the manner stipulated in Euronics privacy policy You can set restrictions to transmission of ads and use of your data on the „My Euronics“ page. When you are logged in to the “My Euronics” page, you can check loyal customer offers and personal offers, verify your purchase history and the bonus point balance and apply for Euronics credit limit.

Euronics has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the customer loyalty program unilaterally, by publishing a notice on the Euronics website www.euronics.ee.
