Description

Intuitive temperature control
The extra-wide, user-friendly slider control on the NZ3000 hob lets you manage the temperature quickly and precisely. By sliding your finger across the LED display, you can adjust the heat level of each cooking zone with a single touch.

Quick Stop function
The Quick Stop function helps reduce risks. Turning off the hob takes just one press, helping prevent food from boiling over or burning. If you need to leave the kitchen, Quick Stop lets you do so with greater peace of mind.

Power Boost function
With the Power Boost function, you save time and get food ready faster. It lets you apply extra heat to each cooking zone for up to ten minutes, helping you boil water or heat soup more quickly, for example.

Residual heat indicator
The hob shows whether it is safe to touch. When the cooking zones are switched off, the residual heat indicator displays an “H” if the area is still too hot. Once the symbol disappears, the surface is safe to touch again. This helps prevent burns and also lets you make use of residual heat to keep food warm.

Automatic cookware detection
When a pot or pan is placed in the centre of the cooking zone, the hob automatically checks whether its diameter and size match the zone. If the cookware covers less than 60 percent of the area, the hob recommends using a different vessel.

Child lock
The child lock prevents even the most curious children from switching on the hob accidentally. With the press of a button, you can activate the lock so the hob cannot be turned on, reducing the risk of burns.

Safety shut-off
You do not need to worry about pots boiling over if they are left on the hob. The safety shut-off function gives you peace of mind: if pots or pans are left on the hob for too long, the appliance switches itself off. This helps prevent dangerous and potentially costly situations.
