AI recipe book
The AI recipe book includes 74 recipes for perfectly preparing meat, seafood, vegetables, egg dishes, pasta and rice. De Dietrich’s AI makes even the most demanding dishes straightforward, automatically selecting the optimal temperature and cooking time based on the chosen food type and quantity.

HoriZone zone
The HoriZone cooking zone can be adapted to your needs. You can use either one large pot or several smaller pans at the same time. You can also choose one setting for the entire zone or two different settings to control two separate areas independently. The HoriZone cooking area measures 40 × 23 cm.

4 preset power levels
There are 4 preset power levels, including Boost. The Boost function instantly switches to maximum power, while 3 shortcuts are preprogrammed to different power levels and can be reassigned to the settings you use most often. Shortcuts: keep warm, gentle simmer and fast searing.

For more convenient use, the hob offers 8 functions: AutoLink, Blanch, Boil, Elapsed time, ICS, Recall, Switch, Clean Lock.

• AutoLink creates a direct connection between the hob and the cooker hood, allowing the hood to automatically adjust its extraction level according to the power selected on the hob. The hood and its lighting switch on and off automatically, and after cooking it continues purifying the air at minimum speed for 2 more minutes.
• The Blanch function maintains a stable boil, ideal for blanching. Blanching means briefly heating foods such as fruit and vegetables in boiling water, followed by rapid cooling in cold water. After you enter the amount of water, the hob automatically adjusts the power to keep it boiling for up to 5 minutes.
• The Boil function automatically sets the power needed to bring your chosen amount of water to the boil and keep it boiling for the set time. When the water starts boiling, an acoustic signal sounds, indicating it’s time to add pasta, rice or other ingredients. By default, the function is set for 2 L of water and 8 minutes of boiling.
• The Elapsed time function shows on the display how much time has passed since the last power adjustment. It’s very useful for monitoring the cooking process if you forgot to set a timer.
• The ICS function optimises the choice of cooking zone according to the diameter of the cookware, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• The Recall function allows you to restore the last power and timer settings after an expected or unexpected short interruption in cooking.
• The Switch function lets you move the pan from one cooking zone to another during cooking while keeping the same settings (power level and time). The hob detects the new position of the cookware and continues cooking on the new zone with the original parameters.
• Clean Lock allows you to lock the control panel while you clean the hob. After one minute the lock deactivates automatically.

Power management
Power management lets you set the maximum power level of the hob to prevent overloading your home’s electrical system.

10 safety features
Automatic overflow protection, ignition protection, child lock, residual heat indicator, automatic stop system, pan detection, small object detection, over- and undervoltage detection, incorrect connection detection.

Tenor inductor
The Tenor inductor is the most powerful and fastest double-coil inductor on the market, ensuring even heat distribution. This cooking zone is ideal for quickly bringing liquids to the boil or rapidly searing meat to enhance its flavour.
