INFRA is a new way of drying that can be compared to drying with sun rays. The food is dried naturally, without harmful UV radiation. Infrared drying allows you to keep more vitamins, enzymes, minerals and fiber. With INFRA, you can dry, for example, tomatoes, meat, mushrooms, herbs and other products.
The dryer has a total of 4 programs for drying and 1 for sterilization. The "Fruit" program is intended for drying fruits. The "vegetables" program is used for drying vegetables. In the "Meat" program you can make your favorite snacks, which are usually dried in the oven for several dozen hours with the need to change the temperature. In the "yogurt" program you will prepare homemade yogurt. You can set for each program whether you want to dry with INFRA or HEATER (without INFRA). The last sterilization program is for cleaning the dryer.
Accessories include a drip tray and 5 stainless steel trays that are dishwasher safe. The main advantage of stainless steel is its higher damage resistance. One of the other benefits is that it heats up quickly and speeds up the drying process.
