      Hello! It took a week before I could enjoy coffee with my new machine. At noon on December 31st, I received an e-mail with an offer for coffee machines, which stated that after ordering, you can pick it up from the store in 1 hour - I thought, OK, I'll buy it, then I can enjoy the arrival of the new year with a nice cup of coffee. But I was not offered this opportunity at Pärnu Euronics - I was only invited by SMS on 02.01.2026 at 10.23. Then the customer service representative (Moonika Kuusk) had the excuse that not all the items were in stock in the store - after all, on January 1st, a public holiday, there was an active search! Another disappointment at home - since I had never made coffee with such a machine before, I didn't dare and didn't know how to do anything with it right away - but the instructions were - in French/English/German/Finnish/Korean/Greek and whatever, but not in the Estonian language - I had to go to the store again for that - they were printed out right away. And now that the coffee machine has found its place in the kitchen, it's time to order other, for some reason discounted, machines.

Võttis nädal aega, enne kui sain uue masinaga kohvi nautida. 31.detsembri keskpäeval sain e-maili kohvimasinate pakkumisega, kus oli märgitud, et pärast tellimist saad kauplusest 1-e tunni pärast kätte - mõtlesin, et OK, ostan, siis saan uue aasta saabumist mõnusa kohvisuutäiega nautida. Aga Pärnu Euronics-is seda võimalust mulle ei pakutud - SMS-iga kutsuti järgi alles 02.01.2026 kell 10.23. Siis klienditeenindajal (Moonika Kuusk) oli vabanduseks pakkuda, et kõiki asju ei olnud poes olemas - ju siis 1.jaanuaril, riigipühal, käis aktiivne otsimine! Kodus uus pettumus - kuna pole varem sellis masinaga kohvi valmistanud, ei julgenud ja ei osanud sellega kohe midagi peale hakata - aga instruktsioonid olid - küll prantsuse/inglise/saksa/ soome/korea/kreeka ja mis iganes keeles, aga mitte eesti riigikeeles - selle järele pidin uuesti kauplusse minema - saadi kohe välja prinditud.Ja nüüd, kus kohvimasin on köögis oma koha leidnud, tuleb järjepannu teiste, millegipärast allahinnatud

      The amounts it makes are quite small. To get a cup of coffee, you have to do it twice. And quite noisy. But for me, a big plus is that the machine is cleanable. I mean properly cleanable 😀 And that outweighs the cons for me.

      Kogused mida teeb on üsna väikesed. Et tassitäit kohvi saada, peab kaks korda tegema. Ja üsna lärmakas. Aga minu jaoks on suureks plussiks see et masin on puhastatav. Ma mõtlen korralikult puhastatav 😀 Ja see kaalub minu jaoks miinused ülesse.
