      On January 4, 2025, we bought a DeLonghi Magnifica EVO coffee machine, which turned out to be defective. On January 7, we sent it for warranty repair, we received it from repair on January 27, and on February 3, we were forced to send it for repeated repair, because the defect appeared again. Today is already February 18, and the machine is still under repair. We are waiting for a response from the manufacturer, permission to replace or refuse, according to the manufacturer's rules, there should be 3 repairs. 1.5 months have passed since the date of purchase and we have used it 5 times

      04 января 2025 г купили кофемашину DeLonghi Magnifica EVO, которая оказалась бракованной. 07/01 сдали в гарантийный ремонт, из ремонта получили 27/01, а 03/02 вынуждены сдать в повторный ремонт, т.к. дефект проявился снова. Сегодня уже 18/02, а машина все еще в ремонте. Ждем ответа разрешения от производителя на замену или отказ, по правилам производителя должно быть 3 ремонта. Прошло 1.5 месяца со дня покупки и воспользовались 5 раз
