ProTemp iQ Technology
Digital temperature control allows you to control the heat from 120°C to 260°C, with a simple twist of the dial. Ninja’s preheat detection helps you achieve high heat temperatures in minutes and maintains temperature for high heat searing and sizzling. Includes handy timer function, plus the Quick Start Guide includes useful charts with recommended cooking instructions.

Authentic high-heat searing, chargrilling & cooking 
Control the heat, from 120°C to 260°C to add the perfect finish to smash burgers, fajitas, grilled flat breads, fish and more.

Interchangeable grill plate and flat plate
Finished with a ceramic coating, both the grill plate and flat plate are made PTFE-free for cooking with little to no oil. Sizzle, sear, char and grill with low smoke and enjoy easy cleaning and food release.

Ceramic coated grill plate
Gather everyone around the table. This large grill plate can fit up to 10 salmon fillets or chicken breasts.

Ceramic coated flat plate
This flat plate is made for big get-togethers. Cook up to 8 pancakes, 8 eggs or 10 bacon slices – all at once, for a big family breakfast. Elevate everyday meals - make grilled Mediterranean vegetables, fried eggs to top stir-fried dishes and toasties.

Better temperature control with ProTemp iQ*
Use the control panel to select your cook mode below, monitor temperature and select manual time and temperature. Enjoy precise cooking with edge-to-edge heat. An even temperature also helps reduce smoke, splatters and prevents food from sticking.

Grill/flat plate mode
Use the dial to select between Low, Medium or High settings for versatile grilling, searing, stir frying and more.

Custom temp mode
Select a specific temperature using the dial. ProTemp iQ’s preheat detection shows you when your chosen temperature is reached on the control panel. And no matter how many burgers or lamb sausages you have on the grill, it maintains the temperature for consistent cooking results.

Cook with the lid up, down or removed
Three versatile ways to cook. A closed lid offers extra ambient heat when melting cheese for the perfect cheese toastie sandwich, cheeseburger or a cafe-style panino. You can also cook with the lid up or remove it entirely – ideal to make fried rice, miso-marinated mushrooms and grill teppanyaki vegetables for a Japanese-themed dinner party.

Easy to clean
There’s no need to scrape off burnt food as you would with a traditional grill. Both the Flat Plate and Grill Plate feature a ceramic coating to prevent food from sticking. Enjoy cooking using little to no oil. And, for even easier cleaning, the lid can be removed along with the grease catch to wash away any excess grease after cooking.
