Auto water refill and drainage
The dock automatically refills clean water, and empties used water without any manual refilling or draining – just peace of mind after every clean.

AdaptiLift chassis 3.0
An advanced vision system, adaptive algorithms, and a main wheel + auxiliary wheel + climbing arm lifting structure allow the robot to analyze, test, and memorize the best way to cross thresholds—ensuring uninterrupted cleaning across every room. 

Industry-first dynamic cleaning for up to 3 cm carpets*
Experience industry-first dynamic chassis elevation. Intelligently adjust the body height to maintain optimal suction and ensure deep cleaning performance across carpets with pile height up to 3 cm.

* This function needs to be manually enabled in the Roborock app. 

Prevent getting stuck 
The robot automatically elevates its chassis or independently adjusts its front, rear, left, or right sides to free itself if it gets trapped.

Check your environment
Please confirm the dock position and water pipe connections in advance to ensure compliance with the following installation requirements:
1. Maintain a space of approximately 30.5 cm in height, 40cm in width, and 120 cm in depth.
2. Position the dock on a hard and even floor (wood, tile, concrete, etc.), flush against a wall. Avoid placing it on soft surfaces (carpet, mat, etc.) and in narrow areas.
3. Ensure that the location has a strong Wi-Fi signal for an optimal experience with the mobile app.
4. The height difference at any point on the drainage pipeline from the ground is recommended not to exceed 50 cm.
5. The installation distance for the water refill and outlet pipes is recommended within 6 meters. If this is not possible, please contact customer service for consultation.
6. The water pressure range is 0.1-0.4MPa. If it exceeds 0.4MPa, please use a pressure-reducing valve.
7. The pipeline layout should avoid passing through room doorways to prevent accidental breakage due to household traffic.
8. Ensure there are no thresholds, tracks, or steps higher than 2 cm between the dock's installation site and the cleaning area to avoid the risk of getting stuck or missed cleaning.
9. Before installation, please disconnect the power supply of the dock. Turn off the main water supply switch, faucet switch, or angle valve switch in the house. Drain any remaining water from the pipes, and ensure they are connected without leakage before powering on.
