With Bosch Digital Control Ring, operating your oven is not only easier but is also more innovative. Instead of rotary knobs, you intuitively adjust your oven settings directly on the control panel using just your index finger. Simply move your finger across the ring engraved on the control panel and confirm the desired setting with your fingertip.

TFT Touch Display Plus
The innovative Digital Control Ring makes cooking easier than ever. With a slight turn of the engraved centre ring, you can adjust any of your oven’s settings with just one finger. You’re supported by the full-surface, high-resolution, plain-text TFT touchscreen and directly selectable buttons. Clear images and info texts on and inside the Control Ring assist you through each step as you navigate in the menu. Thust, you always have a complete overview and full control over your oven.

AirFry function
Why not make your own potato crisps? Or make crisps out of fresh vegetables instead of potatoes? Simply place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the AirFry tray, add a little oil, select the AirFry Function, and soon you’ll be comfortably snacking in front of the TV. And here’s another tip: You can also use the AirFry tray to prepare grilled dishes.

AddedSteam Plus
By adding the right dose of steam precisely when it’s needed, the added steam function gives your food mouth-watering texture, inside and out. For customized results, the added steam can be defined up to 3 levels of intensity. It’s ideal for baking bread, giving your loaves a deliciously crispy crust while keeping the inside fluffy. You can also use it for superb results when roasting and re-heating. Simply fill up the water container and your oven does the rest.

Pyrolytic SelfCleaning
Cleaning the oven by hand can be both exhausting and time-consuming. Bosch ovens with pyrolytic SelfCleaning let you save yourself this task for good. Remove any loose remnants, select the cleaning program and press “Start”. Your oven is burning away grease or food residues. Thus, no chemicals are needed. Once the oven has cooled down, remove remaining ash and other possible residues - and you’re done. So you can enjoy more time savouring the results and less time cleaning up.

Automatic switch-off
Are you uncertain whether your soufflé, pizza or roast is really done? Using the Assist Function your Bosch oven will automatically switch off at programme end. It knows when the dish is ready and informs you also via a signal or the Home Connect app.

Steam Boost function
