I ordered this product online, tested it once at home and decided to return because I find it overpriced for what it is. Euronics withheld about 15 euros from my refund because they found a small scratch on the attachment and dust particles in the filter. I don't know whether the scratch was caused by me or not, however when I opened the product I immediately noticed that it didn't have protective plastic films around its parts which I had seen in online Dyson supersonic unpacking videos. This raised the suspicioun that it might have been opened and repackaged before, and also increased the risk of such minor scracthes appearing when testing at home. As for dust particles, this is something that will naturally happen when the product is tested at the store. Anyways, this was my experience, beware that if you're hesitating whether to get this product or not, don't expect a friendly customer service from Euronics.

Very good hairdryer. High quality and powerful device, yet light and comfortable to use. Dries hair quickly and does not overheat. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend.
