What to consider when choosing a TV?

▪ The screen diagonal size depends on the distance you are planning to wach TV from. The optimal distance equals aproximately 3 screen diagonals, i.e. for 32" screen the optimal watching distande is 96" or 2,4 meters.
▪ Evaluate what contents you are planning to watch more often - sports, movies, home video, photos, games - this will affect your decision.
▪ If you mainly watch digilevi channels (720×576 px), choose TV with resolution 1024×768 px or more. If you alse watch DVD, Blu-ray, or your service provider broadcasts an HD signal, it makes sense to choose a TV with Full HD support (1920×1080 px).
▪ Choose the screen type depending on the lighting conditions in the room. For brightly lit room choose LED or LCD TV.
▪ Majority of the TVs in Euronics have digilevi-compatible STB devices already built in!
▪ The screen frequency number defines how many times does image renew on the screen (for instance, at 100 Hz it's 100 times per second). The higher the frequency, the smoother the image becomes.
